1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Account Verification (KYC)

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 333bde reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

333bde offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, device, or IP address.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available on the 333bde platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), Judo, Rugby, football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the platform. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a system interruption may be voided at 333bde's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by market and event. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 36 hours, or where 333bde determines that a material error in odds has occurred. Voided bets are refunded at stake value to the user's real-money balance.

• Palpable Errors: 333bde reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from human or technical error. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the user's account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by 333bde.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 333bde content without prior written authorisation from 333bde.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333bde shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failure, or third-party service provider outages.
